YOUTH PROGRAMS

Whether children are beginners, intermediate or advanced traceurs, this program will improve their skills and help them get more enjoyment from parkour. Our parkour programs focus on skill refinement, mental prep and tactics to develop consistent, well-rounded obstacle runners.

We break down the fundamental skills of parkour through easily understood games and exercises to help improve your athlete’s coordination, technique, and resilience. Players learn landing technique, footwork, fall safety, vaults and climbing through a series of drills designed to teach skills in a fun and dynamic way.

If you would like to have your child tryout a class as a new student, you can.  Simply register for a class you wish to participate in, at the end of the class, if you decide that it’s not for you – you will be entitled to a full refund.

Locations we currently serve are listed in the description of each program once you select your program of choice.

We offer:

  • Parkour 100's (Age 5-8)

  • Parkour 200's (Age 9-12)

  • Parkour 300's (Age 12-17)

YOUTH PROGRAMS

Camps

Fun and active camps for ages 8 to 12. These well paced 3 hour day camps are great for kids who enjoy movement. Every day features new missions, games, and skills your child can take with them wherever they go to move freely and explore the world in a new creative way. Obstacles are unavoidable, but we can turn them into something we can appreciate. Maybe even something fun! That’s what Move School camps are all about.

Locations we currently serve are listed in the description of each program once you select your program of choice.

We offer:

  • 5-day camps for youth ages 6-11
